About this deal

I would recommend this book because it is adventurous especially when Julius goes on a boat from Rome to Britannia. I would recommend this book for people at school who are learning about the Romans because it would teach them more about Roman history and life. I learnt that in Britannia they also had arenas and in the arenas animals fought against animals. The book made me want to find out more about the Romans and Celts. Hello, my name is Odile Rouard. I've always been interested in archaeology and the understanding of ancient cultures, since I started reading Greek mythology as a child. Julius is a zebra (not Debra, ZEBRA). Spoiled, kind a stupid and speaks-before-he-thinks but gets pretty pissed off when somebody mistakes him for a horse. 🦓🦓🦓😀🐴🐴🐴

What happens when you mix the gladiatorial combat of ancient Rome with a fast-talking creature who is DEFINITELY NOT A STRIPY HORSE?Northfield graduated from Harrow College University of Westminster with a degree in Illustration in 1992. [2] He joined the British small press comics [3] community in 1999, creating various titles such as Great!, Little Box of Comics and Stupidmonsters. [4] In 2002, he acquired the position of in-house illustrator at Eaglemoss Publications, where he worked for five years on projects such as Horrible Histories Magazine, Horrible Science Magazine and The Magical World of Roald Dahl. [2] I thought this book was really interesting but I do not really like comics. I prefer normal books because proper books give you more information about the characters and the story. doesn't like visiting the stinky lake, his annoying big brother or his mum; but most of all he hates to be called a horse! I loved this book as it was quite silly and in-formal. I loved how the author really got into the mind of the gladiator slaves and how the events that happened during the gladiators’ training sounded real. The history in this book was realistic, yet it wasn’t. It sounded like it was realistic but events happened that weren’t. This book definitely made me curious about history. I think the history wasn't very realistic because only very few parts were true, but it did make me want to find out more about what actually happened and I wanted to read more by this author; he is so funny!

The most exciting parts of the book were when the vicious animals beat Julius and his friends because in real life pigs, buffalos and sheep can’t beat a lion or a zebra.

Goods that by reason of their nature, cannot be returned - (Items such as underwear, where the 'hygiene patch' has been removed, or cosmetics where the seal has been broken). I would recommend this book because it is hilarious. I give it nine out of ten because it is a bit scary in parts. The funniest part so far is when Julius calls the gladiators, monkeys! (Katie P, 8) I enjoyed reading Julius Zebra because of all the amazing illustrations and words. My favourite character is Julius. I love the words he used for Julius's actions. I think the history about Heter is not true but the tomb of Cleopatra has been found and Cleopatra was true.
