It's good if you are creative and like decorating or even just cleaning and making a house look better. HGTV is an American TV channel – so not one I’m familiar with – but the concept of the DLC is brilliant.

You won’t need to worry about which houses to sell either as you can’t sell repeat houses until after you ‘finish’ the game.However, there’s no info on whether this is or isn’t coming to consoles yet, so I’m not going to hold my breath. If you try and zap items belonging to the owner without their permission, you’ll be reminded that this isn’t Thief Simulator, one of the PC publisher’s other titles.

Also, this mechanic shows us that the designer (you) is actually a vampire, as you don’t have a reflection. If you are a fan of home renovation shows or just have an itch to transform a space, then House Flipper on PS4 is the perfect game for you! This is effectively a zapper which lets you sell any furniture or doors within your house or items the task-givers have asked you to remove for them.It seems a little silly to gush about a video game that simulates housework but given the added amount of stress and anxiety that has crept into my life lately, House Flipper is a wonderful way to shut out the noise of the world for a little bit.
