Capturing Pandora – James Cameron’s approach to performance capture has the cast performing in a volume rigged with infrared cameras to capture their movement, and head rig cameras to capture emotion on their faces with only the boundaries of imagination to limit them. The DVD doesn’t usually come with any extras, but the Blu-ray or 4K versions of Avatar 2 should be the same as digital, which you can see in full below. With mention of 3 hours of special features for the America release, we’re hoping it will be the same for the UK too. We’re expecting to see Avatar: The Way of Water arrive on Disney+ in March or April 2023. However, Disney hasn’t officially confirmed a release date. If you’ve already got the first film on DVD, Blu-ray, 3D or digital then you’re probably going to want to add the sequel to your collection too. Avatar The Way of the Water was out on the big screen over Christmas 2022, and it looks like they skipped the early access Home Premier rental, so the rest of the home entertainment options might be your best bet. Together they discuss the amazing evolution of their characters in Avatar: The Way of Water. Blu-ray 3D really hasn’t had much in the way of new material in a while, so it’s easy to see why there was a little doubt about the prospect. The reality is that home entertainment details for Avatar 2 took a long time to get confirmed, apart from the digital release, so there wasn’t anything concrete to go on for a while, but with positive comments from producer John Landau and director James Cameron we’ve been hopeful from the start. I'm giving away something here, but this is OK. I think it could be intriguing for people to think about what's coming. in the midst of another tribe called the Metakinya, which allows some starry motion capture/voice artist work from the likes of Kate Winslet and The film stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis and Kate Winslet. It really isn’t that long ago since we had regular releases in 3D formats and it’s only in the last few years that the well has started to dry up. That didn’t mean it’s going to be a no for Avatar 2, but it imply that there might a slight cloud over the possibility.
